Working with Rick has been a great experience! He is professional, respectful and very transparent. It’s obvious that he cares about his customers, and he goes above and beyond to meet their needs. Rick generously donates his time to work on volunteer boards and I have been fortunate enough to work side by side with him on several of them over the last four years. He is an invaluable team member with his project management skills, business logic, strategic thinking, attention to detail and compassion.
One of the projects we worked together on, Rick created and led an oversight committee on a multi-million dollar real estate renovation involving 150 homeowners. This committee met with the contractor and engineer on a regular basis to discuss problems, solutions, delays, and cost overruns. It went a long way to putting home owners fears at ease that they were not an open checkbook.
